Convenient location, easy check-in, spacious and clean room, included breakfast, comfortable bed.

the hotel and the facilities were pleasant. the pool was a bonus for relaxing. i didn't expect to find chick-fil-a close by, but i truly enjoyed it and had few meals.

The price. That is the only thing we liked.

All the problems we had during our stay: bathroom sink leaked all over the floor and took a whole day to fix, room phone did not work for 2 days and then could only call the office and not another room, only 2 hangers in the closet, toilet would not flush and I had to fix it, 1 day we lost over half of the cable channels, we were gone all day on the Harley and when we returned neither one of our key cards would work, Continental Breakfast was the pits with hardly anything even offered, and the Staff was terrible, I.E. nasty attitudes, did not want to help with these problems, barley spoke English, and never would say hello to us. This is the worst motel we have ever stayed at in the whole United States !!!!

The hotel is located in a not so great area, surrounded by trash and creepy characters. it offers a great value for the price. the family that owns the place goes the extra mile to make guests comfortable, arranging transportation and ensuring clean rooms. the hotel provides a safe environment unlike other options in the area. the staff's attitude is enthusiastic and accommodating, treating special requests with care.

Enjoyed the convenient location near popular attractions and eateries. The room was clean and spacious, with fresh towels and linens. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast that included a variety of tasty options.

The noise level from other guests and traffic outside was disruptive. The AC was loud and difficult to regulate, making it hard to sleep.

Ease to the interstate.

We had no coffee maker or hair dryer or no iron but we did have an ironing board in our room.The swimming pool was still covered. One of the staff said that was not her room to clean all we asked for was two towels and two wash cloths. When we returned after the day they only gave us two towels and one wash cloth. We couldnt turn the tv on or off and control the volume with the remote control. We won't be staying there again.

Not enough towels and cleaning person kept turning off the AC when they finished cleaning and room was hot when we returned

Located conveniently near the highway, this hotel offered a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep and a basic breakfast in the morning. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering extra towels and helping with directions.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the carpets were stained and the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning.

Room wasn't clean and seriously outdated

Old building, rooms are extremely dated, poor wifi for business purposes, no fax lines for incoming or outgoing, hallways dark and dirty, not the best air quality considering the location. Probably one of the worst stays I've had in a while.
